Return Policy

We at Aadvik try our best to deliver best Camel Milk & Camel Milk Products and experience for all our customers. However, sometimes due to the scale of operations, a few exceptional cases do happen. If ever you do not feel satisfied with the product delivered then please email your query to us at the specified email ID.

We follow the following mentioned points for our return policy:
1. Any item to be returned must be unused and must not be damaged.
2. Return request shall be made within 2 hours of receiving the product. Return request can be made via email to the specified email ID as provided on the Contact us page.
3. The item returned must be properly packed and then returned.
4. We do not arrange a reverse pick up for the item to be returned. The customer is requested to return the item via courier and the courier amount shall be reimbursed to the customer.
5. We won't accept the product if it shows signs of being used, broken, and/or tampered with by you.
6. We will be accepting the returned product only in its original form. Any damage/lost in transit won't be accepted by us.

7. Refund process: Once all the conditions of the return policy are satisfied from our end, we will refund the amount. The refund request can be made via email. A customer care executive will get in touch with you and let you know the process for refund. Please note that shipping charges for Cash on Delivery products will not be refunded.
Once all the checks are in place, the amount will be refunded to your account within 4-5 working days.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before shipment: If the order that you want to cancel has not been shipped from our end, you can email us to cancel the order with subject - Cancel order (mention order number also).
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded to your account within 3 working days after the cancellation request has been accepted.
Cancellation post shipment: If the order has been handed over to the courier company from our end then please do not accept the delivery of the product. Write to us an email with the subject - Cancel order (mention order number also). Once we receive the product and verify its packaging/condition, refund amount shall be transferred to you within 5 working days.


Privacy Policy

Aadvik Foods & Products Private Limited ensures to protect the privacy of our customers and users of www.aadvikfoods.com through our privacy policy.
We never share/sell/rent out any information about our customers or users of the website www.aadvikfoods.com
