Yes. Pasteurized camel milk has similar medicinal properties as the raw camel milk. Considering the potential risks associated with raw camel milk, it is always advisable to have pasteurized camel milk.
Q. What is the shelf life of camel milk?
Once you have got your camel milk, you can store it up to 2-3 days in refrigerators (2-5 degrees Celsius) or you can freeze it for up to 2 months. Once defrosted, consume it within 2-3 days.

Camel Milk Powder can be stored in the normal room temperature. All you have to do is to keep the Powder away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.

Yes. Until you get a pungent smell, camel milk is safe to drink. Separation is natural in camel milk, just shake it well and delicious camel milk is ready. Also, we do not homogenise our milk to keep it as natural as possible.
Q. How can I know, if the milk has been damaged?
If you get a pungent smell when opening the bottle, it means the camel milk has been damaged. Throw it away & don’t consume it.
Q. How much camel milk can one person have in a day?
It depends upon the person who is taking it, for adults 250-500 ml/day is recommended, however, for children you must start with small amounts and increase it gradually as per their body adaptability. Please consult your dietician/nutritionist for detailed dosages.
Q. Why is it so expensive?
Camels don’t give too much milk, but whatever they give is very helpful. They have a long pregnancy period and camel breeding is not in a much-advanced state in our country. Due to poor infrastructures getting the milk from various distant sources and transporting them becomes a very uphill task.
Since most of our customers are parents, we don’t charge more than what we think is reasonable.

You have to pay only packaging and shipment charges apart from the milk cost, which will be charged according to current rates prevailing at that time. And for the same, invoice would be sent to you separately.

As it is a very commonly known fact that the population of Camels in India is very less.
So, procuring Camel Milk is very difficult and we have to go to the very deserted areas to collect the Milk.
Also, the Milk needs to be kept in frozen condition all the time as if we do not do that, the milk gets spoiled. So, we maintain cold chain all the time to keep the milk in frozen condition.
This is why the cost of the Camel Milk is very high.
