To make the perfect bath oil, you need ghee and coconut oil. Both must be in the same ratio. After the oil is ready, apply it all over your body and leave it for 30 minutes.  6.   Shata Dhauta Ghrita

In Ayurvedic terms, Shata stands for ‘100’, Dhaura stands for ‘thoroughly washed’ and Ghrita stands for ‘ghee’. This is a remedial process that has been used since ancient India, for various skin diseases. This can simply be done with 10 ounces of ghee and water.

 How to use: 

Take a bowl and add equal amounts of ghee and water. Mix the paste thoroughly and let it sit for five minutes. Drain the water out. Repeat this process for as long as possible. Continuing it for approximately 30 times will leave the ghee with a buttery consistency, and will be cool and white in colour. 

This has been used for treating acne, burns, scars, chickenpox scars, and much more. To use this mixture as a moisturizer, apply it for 15 minutes and wash it off with cold water.

About Camel Milk:
