  • Originally from Greece and is made with Sheep & Goat Milk. 

  • Taste: A little salty and Rich Buttery Flavour.

  • Can be Cooked With: Has the best taste when sprinkled over food/salad. 

  • Pair it with: An unoaked Moschofilero or a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.

Chevre

  • Maturation Period: 7 days

  • Originally from France and is made with Goat Milk.

  • Taste: Soft, Creamy, Mild, Butter Flavour. 

  • Can be used with: Pizza, Pasta, Garlic and Roast Peppers. 

  • Pair it with: A glass of Sauvignon Blanc.

Cheddar

  • Maturation Period: 60-90 days

  • Originally from Somerset, England and is made with Goat Milk.

  • Taste: Earthy, Savoury, Smooth Flavour

  • Can be used with: Pizza, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, or Mac & Cheese. 

  • Can be paired with: A variety of Red Wines like Pinot Noir, Malbec, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
