Camel Milk Caramel Custard Pudding recipe

This lockdown has definitely been a cooking experimental time for every one of us. One of our followers on Instagram, Ashi Mishra made a healthy but delicious Caramel Custard Pudding using Aadvik’s Camel Milk Powder. This delicacy is a scrumptious dessert made in keeping health intact.

The ingredients & recipe of this finger-licking Caramel Pudding is mentioned below-


  • 4 cup Aadvik Foods’ Camel milk powder
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 3 tbsp custard powder


  • Spread 1/4 sugar in a pan on medium heat
  • Stir till the sugar melts
  • When the sugar turns golden brown turn down the flame. Do not burn the caramelised sugar
  • Transfer the caramelised sugar into a bowl and swirl and let it rest


  • Take 4 cups of Aadvik Foods Camel milk(2 tbsps of Camel milk powder in warm water)  and 1/2 cream in a bowl
  • Add 2 tbsps custard powder and 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whisk and mix until everything is well combined
  • Pour in the caramelised set bowl
  • Cover the bowl with aluminium foil and put it on steam for 30 minutes
  • Cool down to room temperature and refrigerate for 2 hours
  • Finally, unmould the caramel custard pudding and enjoy
