It is also called the Reclining Hero Pose that gives your thighs, ankles, abdomen & your chest a good stretch and allows you to improve your breathing, and it is also good for people with Asthma! It even helps to tone your spinal nerves and even improves your digestion. This asana has been brought to us by Ritu Singh, who is a certified yoga trainer and pilates instructor, a registered yoga teacher with World Yoga Organisation and who is also associated with Iyengar Yoga.
